 Dr. Richard Foellner
Dr. Foellner is a general practice physician with a subspecialty of Osteopathic
Medicine. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He has been practicing in the Paxton area for over years 30 years.

 Dr. Jeremy Henrichs
Dr. Henrichs started practicing at the Paxton Clinic in August 2004. Dr. Henrichs
is a family physician with a specialty in sports medicine. He received his medical
degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his family
practice residency at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center in Spartanburg, South
Carolina, where he was chief resident. He completed a Sports Medicine Fellowship
at the Univ. of Pittsburgh in 2004 .

 Lisa Oakley, FNP-PNP
Lisa Oakley received her degree from University of Indianapolis. She received her
Masters Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Lisa is also certified
as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner and a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, by the
ANCC. She has been practicing with Dr. Foellner at the Paxton Clinic since 1994.
