Human Resources
The H.R. Department is instrumental in the recruitment of new employees and retention
of current employees. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: employee
relations, benefits administration, policy implementation, staffing and knowledge
of all laws & regulations pertaining to human resources. Human resources act
as a liaison between administration and staff assisting in the development of appropriate
programs/plans in the resolution of the everyday challenges of the healthcare profession.
The department consists of an assistant and the Director, who also supervises the
Laundry and Housekeeping departments.
