Diabetes Education / Support Program

The Diabetes Education/ Support Program is for people with diabetes and meets the 2nd Thursday of each month, except for January and December. It's purpose is to provide education on the nature of the disease, and monitoring and controlling the disease. The support group provides those with diabetes and their family members with an opportunity to share feelings, products, and personal questions with the professional leader and other members of the group. The ultimate goal of the program is to help those with diabetes obtain a better quality of life. For information, please contact Eileen Woolums at 217.784.4093
