Gibson Area Hospital Silver Series Continues with Topic of Mental Fitness

The Silver Series, presented by Gibson Area Hospital Behavioral Wellness, continues this month with a focus on mental fitness in older adults, a factor which can affect the health and well-being of seniors.
Therapist Vicki Angstmann, MA, LPC, with Geriatric Behavioral Services of GAHHS, will discuss the importance of staying mentally active and ways to exercise and strengthen the brain.
Participants will also spend some time with Therapy Dog Daisy and enjoy some fun, interactive brain game activities and light refreshments with the group.
The Silver Series will meet March 17th, 10:00 am, at the Moyer District Library, 618 S. Sangamon in Gibson City, IL. This event is free to attend and open to the public.
